Ok for a little back ground, I am not even 5' less than 100 lbs. I have been in 10 auto/motorcycle accidents so have alot of back and neck pain, chronic pain elsewhere, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis etc, so I LITERALLY can NEVER get comfortable sitting or lying down. My $200 memory foam mattress from 6 years ago had me waking up in agony and the manufacturer wouldnt do anything as the indents didnt reach 1.5 inches. They were only 1 inch. I rotated the bed but my 100 lb dog (RIP) slept in the opposite corner so rotating it didnt matter. I slept on the other side and it didnt matter..seemed too hard. So tried multiple mattress toppers, sleeping on blankets, comforters, etc.. even flipped it over to the hard bottom (they say hard is better for bad backs) and tried all of the above and woke up crying. So the months search for a new mattress with a limited budget began. I started my investigation and saw that I was using a box spring all this time with my memory foam mattress when I wasnt supposed to. (had the old school frame with one bar and box springs). SO, since I literally cant get comfortable I bought an adjustable base to see if some miracle that would help to watch tv and read before sleeping (flat) on the sides with the least indents. I ended up on my couch. I noticed my couch is firm yet soft so started looking for mattresses as I like my adjustable base. (although my necks killing me turning my head to look at the tv which is to the right of the bed on a nightstand so have to find help installing my tv on the wall so I can look straight ahead. I know seems irrelevant but it matters and I"ll get to that in a minute.)Ok, so sat here for a months researching beds, going to a few stores and reading every review possible.I was looking for a fuss free returnable, firm yet soft, with NO fiberglass mattress with edge support. I always had innersprings growing up so thought this mattress would be great as a hybrid.Ok, so I have had this less than two weeks. Arrived a day early, easy to unpack. Looked for stains or bugs before dragging it on my base and cutting off the plastic. It exploded immediately and started inflating. No smell. Looked well made yet not like it would last for a long time if that makes sense. This was about 3pm so about bedtime (11pm) it was maybe 8.5". I slept on it anyhow.I was pleasantly surprised I didnt wake up in tears and was happy to see it had finished growing with me on it. I try to fall asleep on my side and usually wake up on my back. I noticed my back felt ok but my neck and shoulder were kinked a bit so used a different pillow the next night and it helped a bit. As for edge support, its not as firm as my old memory foam and does sink down a bit but again I am only 96 lbs so its ok. I dont feel like I will roll off of it.Many complained about it being too firm or too soft. Its actually pretty comfortable which surprised me as I thought I needed a firmer mattress.Fast forward 11 days. Using my adjustable base, if I raise the head too much the mattress scrunches up and hurts my back. I have to keep pulling the mattress pad up but it still does it although not AS bad but annoying. ( I would take it off but want some protection for the mattress). The last week I have noticed when the head is raised (not as high so no scrunch), and Im trying to watch tv, again having to turn my head to the right a bit, I noticed my shoulders started hurting. I noticed that my body was sloping towards the center of the bed, (I put a very thin pillow behind my left shoulder and it helped even me out a bit until that was uncomfortable), so I put the base flatter and can still notice it, but not when completely flat as much. I notice it when just reading and facing forward as I thought maybe I was turning my body to see the tv but I can still notice it.So I got out my level. I checked the floor, the base, my headboard (which isnt attached to anything) , the top and bottom of the mattress and where I sleep. Everything checked out except there is a slight indent where I have been sleeping for less than two weeks! I am devastated. I dont want to do this all over again!!!!I am going to turn the mattress to see if the other side does it as well while I look for another mattress before the return window closes. Thankfully my old mattress is still sitting here taking up 1/2 of my tiny house since I cant move it into the shed alone but I hope to not have to use it again. I am giving it 3 stars due to the indent after less than 2 weeks but would give it 4 for comfort although I think I can feel the springs as well already. If you have heard of the childhood story, the 'Princess and the Pea', thats me. I am super sensitive to everything. A piece of hair underneath me drives me insane. So for me to like the mattress and now have an indent is REALLY REALLY disappointing. I have a 2 " mattress topper and a thicker mattress pad on it that are about 6 years old and so I threw a thinner blanket on top of my sheets and that helped a bit. I will update before returning it if the other side does it too.. I thought maybe since I slept on it before it fully inflated thats why there is an indent, but it did reach full 10" while sleeping.UPDATE: I dragged it off my base to return it and broke out the level again just to be sure there is an ident. It was there..not much but after less than 2 weeks thats unacceptable. I also saw some of the springs were higher than others. So I started a return. If you are going to return this you have 3 chances. Forst time they wouldnt take it as I left it expanded. There is no way I could roll this thing myself so i folded it in half, tied it and covered it in plastic and thank God they picked it up.I put my old mattress back on the bed and bought a 2" mattress topper. Its helped for now. I should have bought it and tried it on the new mattress but too late now.It didn't make sense how this bed helps pain relief till I use. I really liked it. Don't expect a soft bed.A couple friends highly recommended this mattress. Very comfortable. Great price during lightning deal.We went from a Sleep Number bed to this mattress hoping to get a bed we can agree on. When it arrived in a small box, we were a little concerned but we gave it the 72 hours recommended to expand to it's normal size, and we find it very comfortable. No more unevenness in the middle of the bed. Good purchase!!I was very hesitant to buy a mattress online but it feels wonderfulWent with my instincts and followed peoples positive reviews and myself comparing with other mattresses and this one seemed to be a more legit company…And thankfully this did indeed blow up all the way… like everyone had confirmed. No dents or flimsy edges??EXCEPT, it is a very firm mattress.. but I would say it would last longer cus of it and atleast we weren’t gonna deal with wonky edges (or risk getting denty mattress) Plus the idea was that I could also add a comfy topper- which is perfectly fine. Very firm bed but no complaints ??Very happy with mattress. Would buy another one for my home.N/AI've had this mattress for 4 months. Initially, I really liked it because it had great memory foam and the "spring" like feeling. However, after only 4 months you'll see in the photos that the middle part of the mattress has started caving in. I am an average sized woman (not overweight in the slightest) and yet this mattress has already started to sink. I am starting to develop really bad back pain as a result of this.I've contacted the seller and they promised they would send a new one. I'm really disappointed in this company, because I've only had this mattress for 4 months. I really hope the new one is better and this doesn't happen again. I'll be posting an update afterwards. In the meantime, I needed to write a review (never have before on Amazon) to let my fellow customers know.UPDATE -- APRIL 2021After speaking with Crystli, I received a full refund for the warped mattress. I will be disposing of it soon and will be ordering a new one from elsewhere. Good customer service.I bought this one for the cottage because I didn't want to spend much on mattresses after I paid almost $2000 on the one I have at home, it hasn't been a year old and neither me nor my wife are able to sleep because of how much pain it causes, however, when we slept on this one though, we actually fell asleep! Now I ordered a king size one for my bed at home and I'm throwing the $2000 in the garbage! Lesson learned, I can buy 4 king size mattresses from this brand and sleep very comfortably for years for the same money I would pay for a "BRAND" name one, bottom line, buy it!The mattress is super comfortable. It's soft and very supporting at the same time. My back doesn't sink into the mattress like other soft ones but instead this mattress supports my entire body. The mattress' appearance reveals that it's very good quality product. It fit my bed frame very well. The package surprised me when I got it, I couldn't imagine the queen size mattress could be packed as that small so it is so easy to move it to my bed room on second floor and unpack it right beside my bed. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and since then I’ve had the worst sleep. My boyfriend and I have both woken up with back pain because the mattress is way too hard. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and gave me options to return or get a refund. The mattress is pretty comfortable and well made. It comes with all instructions and even a tool to cut the plastic that wraps it. The mattress got fully inflated in about 24 hours, which allowed me to start using it right after that period. I got impressed by its quality since the price is lower than all the other options that I found on the internet. I do recommend the purchase and Crystli is certainly the brand I'll go for whenever I need to buy a new mattress.
